My name is Johnny McNeill. I am a Scotsman and a former British soldier. My Service number was XXXXXXXX. I left the army in 2011 and now live at XXXXXX. I wish to make the following statement both as a matter of record and to make a formal request in relation to this context;

On late-afternoon of Sunday 25th June 2017 I approached two German police officers on duty outside a Berlin Bundes Polizie station opposite the ARCOTEL John F. Berlin at Werderscher Markt 11, 10117 and politely, as well as somewhat panicked, convinced them to take me inside whereupon I demanded to speak with the Irish Embassy.

This was to alert them that Brexit & the Trump Presidency were the same mainstream media fronted US/UK corporate-government coup.

Video recorded on 25th June 2018, on the first anniversary of going to Berlin and warning the German Bundes Polizei & Irish Embassy on 250617, of the inevitable #ToryAnalytica coup d’etat militarisation of Brexit and the arrival of a US/UK-led global fascism; “Being in a minority, even in a minority of one, did not make you mad. I knew this because I’d been tracking it since stumbling on, or more accurately, being ‘triggered by’ a seemingly unrelated but central narrative to the coup in September 2016 after which I tracked this and other cyclically-repetitive, reinforced UK (& beyond) media-political narratives to formulate what I called The #DarkTriad – my model for fascism;

I spoke with one of your Irish Embassy representatives whom despite her no doubt believing me to be completely insane was both very understanding and compassionate.

Crucially I informed her how the coup was to be militarised during July 2017, doing so the only way I was able to make sense of it myself and hoped to get others to make sense of it too via a written, contemporary dystopian ‘fiction’ I called ‘Gaslighting Gilligan’ (it’s copyright © but FREE to download & share).

As alluded, the Bundes Polizie and your Embassy colleague thought I was mad but I made so much ‘measured noise’ that your colleague contacted the British Embassy who in turn phoned me, however I politely declined to speak to them.

In all I made FIVE Berlin based agencies aware of the plan to militarise Brexit – deliberately getting myself arrested and admitted to the Charite hospital in the process (which the local police were only too willing to oblige with!)

You see the Brexit negotiations ‘debacle’; the unworkable Irish border conundrum etc isn’t stupidity; it isn’t competing TPA/ERG/Backbench egos or COBRA Cabinet incompetence; nor is it a confused determination to apply the ‘democratic’ “will of the British people”. It’s corruption gone wrong – plain and simple.

A ‘#ToryAnalytica’ media-political corruption, the rational and objective explanation for which is housed in Occam’s Razor having been catastrophically interrupted that day in Berlin.

The theme I initially stumbled on, in its subliminal form (central to the theme of ‘Gaslighting Gilligan’ and the entire coup) shifted from the subconscious subliminal campaign that I’d been tracking since September 2016, to the overt conscious propaganda campaign that it became on 5th October 2017 called #MeToo.

This psychosocial-engineering, military-recruitment channelling narrative to mass emasculate and shame young men into military uniform has been used before, twice in the 20th century in fact;

During the phone call with your Embassy colleague, realising I was making very little headway with the above ‘channelling narrative’ I asked her to take away from the conversation the most important aspect I needed to impart; how the coup was to be originally militarised.

It was recently ‘exposed’ as being named ‘Operation Yellowhammer’. In the book I called it ‘#OpFukuglaschu’;

However the recent #OpYellowhammer media ‘exposé’ was just the beginning of a media-political drip-fed normalisation of militarisation ‘inevitability narrative’, so that when the military are deployed in the coming weeks or months it’s received by a largely compliant public and the outside world, supposedly as an ‘unforeseen consequence’ of enforcing democracy but which is in fact the ‘PlanB’ to overthrow democracy.

And where #OpFukuglaschu was to be Glasgow based, ‘Operation Yellowhammer’ in all likelihood will now be Dover based, before being manipulated to spread to the mainland Britain #Line18 English metropolitan cities and airports – which were the key-strategic (populous-locations) to securing the coup.

It’s my interpretation too that in having been successful in relaying the #OpFukuglaschu information to the Embassy(s), all subsequent UK media-political narratives and actions were and remain part of a predetermined propaganda plan which is still being played out; key elements of which are to provoke British victimhood-steeped ethno-nationalist militarism;

Brexit IS a FAILING coup d’etat. And the pre-planned, postponed deployment of troops on mainland Britain is not only inevitable it’s imminent as its senior UK (& US) corporate, media & political protagonists attempt to avoid The Hague before being exposed via the US Robert Mueller-led (& Canadian Parliamentary committee) investigations.

As such, with the British Government COBRA Cabinet military deployment now at hand I wish to make an extraordinary request of the Irish Oireachtas, that is entirely appropriate to this unconventional political-ideological point time we now find ourselves in.

Given my unconventional role in bringing the coup d’etat to light I am formally requesting the protection/political asylum of the Oireachtas and of the Irish State, from the British Government/State and its charges.

Upon military deployment I fear for my liberty and life and that of my family. We would be grateful if you were able to take any necessary preemptive ‘extraordinary measures’ (including Irish citizenship) that would protect my family, especially my daughter XXXXXX & granddaughters who live at

I am making this request with the view that the British (& US) Government is no longer an Irish/EU friendly/treaty/trade partner-entity.

Indeed it is an as yet EU-unrealised hostile diplomatic-political and soon to be militarised entity; driven by an ideological transatlantic (& Russian) elite-estate that was/is in the process of establishing by pretext, a military-backed dictatorship on mainland Britain; one that requires the people to be ruthlessly put down and dissident voices to be disappeared.

I look forward to a constructive action response because as mad as it all appears on the surface – I’m right.

Because as per ‘Gaslighting Gilligan’, one of the US/UK (& Russian partner) strategic-geopolitical goals was/is – to disintegrate and eventually destroy the EU both externally and from within…
