I drove past Warcop Army Training Ranges on the A66 last Wednesday 6th Feb 2019 & back again on Monday 11th February. On previous drives I’ve always paid a ‘fond’(!) attention to activity in Warcop – simply because being an ex-Squaddie, I’d become very familiar with the ranges, the assault course and spent many a night under the stars there a lifetime ago!

Usually the place is deserted, except of course prior to & during major deployments. However on my recent trip, ALL red range flags were raised indicating LIVE-FIRING and the same vehicles (Husky’s I think – pictured above) & tents were still set up in the same configuration, on my return journey.

Having done it myself pre-deployment, this would indicate either the same unit are undergoing an intensive range package, or a designated range admin staff seconded to Warcop, are delivering intensive range packages to rotating units. A version of the truth is that it’s the Scots DG’s preparing for the ongoing and now reasonably routine Operation Cabrit in Eastern Europe. Imagine that. A Scottish unit deployed on an overseas Op as Scotland, as well as England & Wales are subjected to Westminster Martial Law. Makes a refreshing, imaginative change from locking them in their barracks I suppose.

Then again, if #ToryAnalytica do have confidence in the Scots DG’s Commissioned Officers to order the non-Commissioned ranks to do their #BrexitCoup bidding, they can always be diverted to domestic duties in order to cope with an entirely deliberate and divisive-government driven national emergency – a PlanB variant of the one that I ‘predicted’ in Berlin on 25th June 2017… here

If you have friends and/or family members serving in the military – you need to be speaking to them *NOW* in order to find out what they’re being briefed regarding Brexit.

And to pre-warn them that after the initial ‘humanitarian’ food/medicines deployment pretext, they ARE going to be ordered to turn against the people on this island. The people will ultimately win. So serving soldiers need to think long and hard – because they WILL be held to account for their actions.

Because unlike standard issue Figure 11 targets that ‘fall when hit‘; live ones will bite back. So tell those #TickTockTroops to think on.
