Perched on the edge of the Thames river at Vauxhall Cross is the UK Secret Intelligence Services building that houses MI5 & MI6; the principal London-based ‘Gothic’ home for managing foreign Governments and manipulating entire populations, including the UK.

But Westminster are building not one, but two little Big Brothers in Scotland’s capital Edinburgh and most populous city, Glasgow…

This piece describes a base for ‘3000 Civil Servants‘ from the ‘Scotland Office, HM Treasury, HM Revenue & Customs, Information Commissioners Office and Office of the Advocate General’.

So, a concentrated Westminster & Whitehall financial, legal and public information (think electoral/media) management hub, with a ‘purpose-built Cabinet room for the UK Government’ and ‘the first to be created outwith London’ in Edinburgh, with a ‘similar facility being built in Glasgow‘

Here’s my #GaslightingGilligan interpretation based on #ToryAnalytica’s predetermined and ongoing propaganda plan, on what was to happen (is still happening) if PlanA ‘#OpFukuglaschu’ – hadn’t been rumbled in Berlin on 25th June 2017;

These new ‘Big Brother’ hubs being passed off as ‘regional regeneration‘ will, just as with BBC Pacific Quay and press media outlets and ‘Kentigern House’ on Argyle St, double-up as British ‘State’-of-the-art HQ’s; intelligence & communication hubs to continue managing our expectations and psychologically-manipulating the Central Belt bulk of Scotland’s population over the immediate months, years and into the next decades.

The Edinburgh office is the media focus but it’s arguably the Glasgow hub(s) that’s the most important.

Because if the British State ‘own’ and can keep a lid on and stifle Independence activity (as in 2014) to minimise the traffic-footprint of Glasgow outbound-communications internal & external to Scotland as a whole – then they already electronically dominate the political ‘reality’ for most of the population in the Central Belt.

And in doing so, along with their Edinburgh-based activity, they effectively suppress the whole of Scotland sociopolitically; that will paint a picture to demean and even demonise independence activities in order to shed a sympathetic (victimhood) light on the British State.

These hubs will used to efficiently manage downwardly and negatively (think The Ballymurphy Massacre, Orgreave & Hillsborough) the ever-increasing street-based strength and disrupt communications means and capacity for the independence movement to operate……by continuing to manipulate our emotions and how we perceive ourselves and each other; how we see the world (will we be manipulated to feel abandoned by the EU?) and manage how the world will perceive Scots, perhaps as ‘Shiny Happy People’ in a united ‘One Nation’ Britain – that’s actually in the process of being cut-off by its own elite from the EU & beyond, by Boris Johnson or Jeremy Hunt who recently, in maintaining the ongoing and joint media-political ‘inevitability narrative’ (similar principle to Chomsky’s “manufacturing consent“) actually put us all ‘On-Notice’ for militarisation when he stated;

“On day one of my Premiership I will order an immediate ramping-up of No Deal preparations… All August leave will be cancelled. A ‘No Deal’ task-force with similar powers to COBRA will be set up and Chaired by me.

A new political negotiation team will be convened with members of the ERG, DUP, the One Nation group and Welsh & Scottish Conservatives, led by the Brexit Secretary… This will include Emergency Powers to ensure ports and airports will work in a coordinated way nationally”. During which time Scotland’s wealth, principally oil, will continue to be ‘unknown region‘ secreted away by the HM Treasury & HMRC bit of the pinstripe-gangster set-up, siphoned off and flowing to the Westminster & White House (& Russian) elite-estate in an asset-stripped, debt-ridden, societal-crumbling, crisis-capitalism ‘country’ made up of three distinct nations, being brought to its knees with a 65million population in need of gaslight ‘saving’ from itself, made to fail; made to collapse – all in preparation to be handed-over by furtive-fascist British-regime to the very SAME failing coup d’etat US #TrumpRussia Presidency – as the #51stState.

This is in order the British elite can permanently align themselves with US global-military power – the real #SpecialRelationship – that will keep the Etonians & Oxbridge elite at the worlds top-tables, as well as ‘managing’, but in reality suppressing the working masses domestically on mainland Britain.

Honestly, fascism is precedented and #AirstripOne predicted, so why the fuck is everyone – especially ‘experts‘; academics and politicians – STILL being as thick-as-mince when it comes to objectively processing history and the unfolding evidence of it all?!

It isn’t rocket-science people. All that’s needed is to create a PlanB ‘National Emergency‘ that will work for the UK (& US) #OilOligarchy elite-estate in order to deliver the desired, predictable, manipulated emotional-behavioural outcomes across this entire island and divide & rule ‘manage’ us militarily, even via something as simple that starts out as ‘normal’ the ‘Managed No Deal’ Brexit…
